The tank is made of high-quality carbon steel plates with a thickness of 4mm, which is sturdy and durable. The whole vehicle is equipped with three augers, driven by three 5.5kw motors. The top auger can be hydraulically controlled for lifting and can rotate 180° left and right. The tank is divided into four independent compartments, and the unloading sequence and speed of each compartment can be independently controlled. The top discharge auger, which is 6.86 meters long, can be extended according to user needs, with a lifting height of 9 meters and a unloading speed of 550KG/MIN, which is very efficient.
The operation is also simple. When loading, just open the top feed inlet cover when the vehicle arrives at the loading position of the feed mill. When unloading, adjust the auger to align with the feed storage tank, and start the rotation of the lifting, vertical, and horizontal auger blades in sequence. After unloading, turn off the augers in the order of the horizontal, vertical, and lifting (discharging) auger blades. Before driving, return the lifting (discharging) auger to its position, disconnect the external power supply and store it, and then you can start driving.
