Intelligent Asphalt Sprayer

1. Can spray various types of asphalt: high-viscosity modified asphalt, hot asphalt, emulsified asphalt, etc.

2. Asphalt spraying rate (kg/m2): 0.3-5.

3. Spraying width is freely adjustable; each nozzle can be individually controlled, with a maximum spraying width of 4200mm.

4. Uniform asphalt spraying; unique nozzle design allows for triple-overlap spraying.

5. High spraying precision; the spraying process is controlled in real-time by a computer, and the spraying volume is unaffected by changes in vehicle speed.

6. Safe and reliable fully automatic heat transfer oil heating system.

7. Heat transfer oil provides all-around insulation for the asphalt pump and nozzles. After spraying, the asphalt pump and nozzles can be cleaned with diesel fuel. Alternatively, they can be purged with high-pressure air or circulated with all-around heat transfer oil; insulation ensures unobstructed flow in pipelines and nozzles.

8. Modular design of the control system. Low failure rate, quick and easy maintenance.

9. The machine's control program and drive unit are equipped with a backup system to ensure automatic spraying continues even if the main control fails.

10. All spraying requirements can be met from the cab. Manual/automatic control of spray volume and working width is available. Each nozzle can be individually controlled, allowing for free combination of rows and columns of nozzles to achieve arbitrary adjustment of the spray width.

12. Excellent heat preservation performance; average temperature drop ≤20℃/8h.

13. Convenient loading and unloading functions; in addition to adding asphalt through the tank opening, hot asphalt can be automatically drawn in and pumped out, and external asphalt can also be pumped and transferred.
