Intelligent Asphalt Sprayer Truck

The intelligent asphalt sprayer truck features a touchscreen control panel in the cab. Users input the desired spray volume and width on the panel, and the equipment sprays automatically, making operation simpler. It allows for precise control of the spray width by starting and stopping any single nozzle. Widely used in highway construction and road maintenance, it can be used for the application of top and bottom seal coats, tack coats, waterproofing layers, bonding layers, asphalt surface treatments, asphalt grouting, and fog seal coats on different grades of roads. It can also be used for transporting liquid asphalt or other heavy oils.

It can spray emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt (high viscosity asphalt with high temperature requirements), and modified asphalt exceeding 6 tons. One-to-one control is available from the cab, while two nozzles can be controlled from the rear work platform.

Standard Asphalt Sprayer Truck

The standard asphalt sprayer truck, also known as a semi-intelligent asphalt sprayer truck, is controlled by a control box on the rear working platform. A switch on the control box controls the start and stop of two nozzles (a set), allowing for general control of the spray width. The nozzles are fan-shaped copper nozzles, spraying in three overlapping layers for uniform coverage, suitable for high-grade highway construction.

It can spray emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt (asphalt with high viscosity and high temperature requirements), and modified asphalt for loads of 6 tons or more.

Ordinary Asphalt Sprayer Truck

The ordinary asphalt sprayer truck can be used for the construction of upper and lower sealing layers, prime coats, asphalt surface treatments, asphalt grouting, fog seals, etc., and can also be used for transporting liquid asphalt or other heavy oils. It consists of a truck chassis, insulated tank, asphalt pump, burner, hydraulic system, and rear spray boom. It is manually operated, one nozzle per load.

Because the rear spray boom of this type of asphalt distributor truck does not carry heat transfer oil, it can only spray asphalt with relatively low viscosity and consistency, such as emulsified asphalt.

Rubber Asphalt Distributor Truck

This type of truck is based on an intelligent asphalt distributor truck and is equipped with a mixer, imported asphalt pump, and burner to ensure the smooth spraying of high-viscosity rubber asphalt.

This product can replace all existing types of asphalt distributor trucks. During construction, it can spray not only rubber asphalt, but also emulsified asphalt, diluted asphalt, hot asphalt, heavy-duty asphalt, and high-viscosity modified asphalt.
