Thermal Oil Heating System
►A specially designed U-shaped combustion chamber (for rapid heating of thermal oil) is housed within the asphalt tank, secured by flanges and bolts for easy disassembly.
►Thermal oil temperature is set to 250°C (for modified asphalt), with a continuous asphalt heating rate ≥10°C/h. All asphalt pipelines and spray booms are heated by thermal oil.
►Thermal oil expansion tank (thermal oil tank)
►A specially designed high-temperature thermal oil pump with a maximum flow rate of 12 m³/h, driven by a three-phase motor.
