Equipped with an original Dongfeng chassis and Freetruck series cab, the 3308mm wheelbase provides stable vehicle driving. The Quanchai 136-horsepower turbocharged engine offers sufficient power to adapt to various road conditions. The 5-speed gearbox is easy to operate. The 7.00R16 steel wire tires, combined with a 3.5-ton rear axle, have strong load-bearing capacity, enabling easy transportation even when fully loaded with garbage. The air brake system provides effective braking, and the power steering and ABS system make driving safer and more effortless.
Practical Superstructure Design Improves Operational Efficiency
The garbage bins are available in two types: boat-shaped bins and square bins. The side panels are made of 3mm-thick carbon steel plates, and the bottom plates are 4mm-thick carbon steel plates, ensuring sturdiness and durability. The hydraulic lifting assembly supports the operation of one vehicle with multiple bins, improving transportation efficiency. The self-unloading function, combined with a 60-second rapid swing arm, makes garbage loading and unloading quick and convenient. The two hydraulic rear outriggers at the rear of the vehicle stabilize the body during operation. A sealing cover can also be installed to prevent garbage leakage and spillage, making it suitable for different environmental applications.
