Crane Leg Failures and Solutions
1. The left front and left rear vertical support legs of the crane automatically sink during lifting operations. In this case, the leg hydraulic cylinders need to be overhauled and the seals inside the legs replaced.
2. Leakage caused by internal damage to the hydraulic check valves of the crane's vertical legs, or surface damage to the vertical leg cylinders, and damage to the seals.
3. Inspect the left rear vertical cylinder of the crane's legs and replace the internal seal. Remove the hydraulic check valve and inspect the valve seat for damage and dust. Keep the valve seat sealing surface clean. Then, check to see if the automatic sinking of the left front vertical leg has resolved.
